Rob from Colorado Lending Inc, was very professional and knowledgeable. My family tried to refinance earlier this year and the another company I tried only told I would save $20 and it was just be wasted of time for me and him. So I tried again at the end of August and Robert didn’t only give me 1 or 2 options he gave us 4 options and explained each option but as which one would save us the most. During the whole process he was available to answer any and all questions. Rob made sure we were comfortable with our option.
