Rob from Colorado Lending Inc, was very professional and knowledgeable. My family tried to refinance earlier this year and the another company I tried only told I would save $20 and it was just be wasted of time for me and him. So I tried again at the end of August and Robert didn’t only give me 1 or 2 options he gave us 4 options and explained each option but as which one would save us the most. During the whole process he was available to answer any and all questions. Rob made sure we were comfortable with our option. I would definitely recommend Colorado Lending Inc to anyone looking to purchase or refinance and home.

Great service and truly one of the best in the business. The friend you can trust for loans to guide you thru the whole refi or new loan process. Trust Adam for all your loan needs and beware of the the companies with supposeldy better deals and lower rates! He is very friendly and prompt on returning calls. I have worked with Adam on multiple home purchases throughout the years and every time he does an amazing job! He makes sure the realator, builder, and everyone else involved is on task and meeting their deadlines. The process of buying and selling a house can be a complicated process but Adam and Colorado lending are always on point and make the process go much smoother. I would highly recommend!

No matter how many good things I say about Adam and Colorado Lending, I will not be giving them enough credit. They have been fantastic with us. We approached Adam two years before we were ready to buy a house and he put a lot of effort into working with us even though he knew it would be some time before we were ready. There was no guarantee that we would even use him once we were ready, but he didn't mind. He treated us as if we were already a customer of his. His communication is fantastic, he always provides feedback and information as he gets it and is always available and happy to answer questions. Do yourself a favor and give Adam a call if you are looking at buying or refinancing.
