I have been trying to resolve a dispute for years I have sent many dispute letters and have never heard back this collection amount is hurting my credit they will not help me and when I called him I’m hung up on. Today the lady spoke over me never let me speak and then hung up on me, I asked what happen with my last dispute and why is it still on my credit and she didn’t know and told me to write another one I don’t have time for this.
