Feedback:

Been a long time member, service used to be great but it has been going down hill for the last year or so. There always new employees when I go in there, had problems with my card and just blamed it on the store and gave me a number to call. Tried to cash a check that had my name and my wifes name on it, and was told it had to have both signatures because her name wasn't on the account yet (we just got married). I understand that might be policy, but that fact that I had multiple checks earlier in the month that were written the same way and those were fine... seems no one there is on the same page with their rules and policies.
