This is the ABSOLUTE WORST place a person can finance a car through! They o e of the shadiest companies that I have ever dealt with, they are also rude as all get out. I have paid late fees when I shouldn't have and then this month I made my payment early and requested that it come off of the principal, and I just got an email today saying that they hadn't received my payment and they were tagging me with another late fee...I called to dispute and they told me it can either be counted as a payment or just that I paid on the principal but not both...howec ho when I did this nothing was said at the time that I would still be expected to pay again on due date.
