My company signed up with a company called BC Processing for processing our credit cards. I cancelled our account towards the end of July this year. I have been using a different company since the end of July. Upon checking my bank statements, I have noticed charges from the company since then totaling about $300. I called today and they said "they couldn't find the cancellation in their system" (even though they acknowledge we haven't processed a transaction since before Aug. 1st). The name of the company has changed from BC Processing to North American Transactions (or something similar) to now Clarus Merchant. Now they refuse to refund the money. It's just a scam to get a little more money from a company that switched away from their services. Stay away.UPDATE 7/8/18: After posting this review and going to the BBB, the guy in the picture wrote a negative review about my business. That should show you the level of integrity here. 1) Unauthorized charges 2) Lying about not cancelling 3) Writing negative review on social media to hurt a small business ----- Unbelievable
