The experience was great! Upon arrival, working employees (2) and the owner (Seth) greeted me with stares before I mentioned I had called earlier to confirm their interest in my coin collection. To my ease, the astute employees then left their posts to head into a back room, presumably to do different work. No other customers were there during this time. Very professional!Soon enough my collection was on the well-varnished counter and I was asked my age. I stuttered a little while giving my answer as I wasn't prepared for a question like that. Thankfully the owners witty quip, telling me that I had "baggage", found it's way into a conversation fueled by professionalism and had nothing to do with my janky afro and scraggly beard! Once again I was at ease. He then began mumbling different numbers like a numismatic savant before fairly pricing my set. It was pretty impressive. Seth really does know his stuff. We came to an agreed price, signed off on the deal and I was given cash. He said "thank you" and turned stoic, staring at the door behind me. I put out my hand and reactivated him. It was a very professional handshake. We had one last exchange before he double-buzzed me and that was that. Quality interactions really are the spice of life!
