I've been in a difficult situation for a very long time. I was paying super high interest for my car on top of a very high payment. I was told from the dealer that I could refinance in 6 months. I applied back in March and was told that we should wait another 6 before consideration. I don't have the best credit, so that was understandable. As time went on, I finally got the courage to seek help and try and refinance my car, again. I got in touch with Paige at the Emmett branch. I told her the situation, and immediately knew that she understood where I was coming from. The process only took a couple of days, and it was super easy! She went out of her way to make sure that they were to lead me in a different place! I can't emphasize how greatly appreciated she is to me. Not only are my payments cut in half, but I didn't have to put anything down! I've been a member for a few years now, and they have by far been the BEST credit union I've ever been a member of. Thank you Paige for going above & beyond measures into getting me into a better payment AND interest rate! You're a rockstar & I definitely recommend the credit union:)
