I've always been a huge fan of credit unions, but Clarity is by far the best. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted by name by everyone behind the counters with warm and welcoming smiles. The customer service can not be beat.I've also had to take loans out from time to time, and Paige has been nothing short of amazing. She returns calls, answers any and all questions, and is very very helpful, professional, and courteous.

Excellent service and support. Paige was amazing at helping me with a personal loan, I was even able to get it same day! I switched to clarity approx 3 years ago and I wish I had sooner. Love this place!

I've been in a difficult situation for a very long time. I was paying super high interest for my car on top of a very high payment. I was told from the dealer that I could refinance in 6 months. I applied back in March and was told that we should wait another 6 before consideration. I don't have the best credit, so that was understandable. As time went on, I finally got the courage to seek help and try and refinance my car, again. I got in touch with Paige at the Emmett branch. I told her the situation, and immediately knew that she understood where I was coming from. The process only took a couple of days, and it was super easy! She went out of her way to make sure that they were to lead me in a different place! I can't emphasize how greatly appreciated she is to me. Not only are my payments cut in half, but I didn't have to put anything down! I've been a member for a few years now, and they have by far been the BEST credit union I've ever been a member of. Thank you Paige for going above & beyond measures into getting me into a better payment AND interest rate! You're a rockstar & I definitely recommend the credit union:)

Been banking with these guys for 2 years now and have had excellent service countless times. They’re always willing to help you out with whatever you need. Kelsy was very kind and helpful in helping me understand how all the checking and savings work. Rachel has been extensive help with everything. If you have any problem I would recommend that gal she can help.

I've been a part of this credit union before they were clarity and have had nothing but great experiences. They have always been helpful and professional with what they do. It is my continued pleasure to have them as my only bank to bank with. Great people!

Best bank ever. The fees are next to nothing compared to other banks. Rachel and Kelsey help my husband and I with all of our loans and finance questions. I never have had an issue with this bank at all. The girls at the front desk I don't get to speak with much but when I do, they are so nice and get my stuff done quickly. I feel very welcomed every time I need to go see them. Keep it up! This Emmett family loves you !

Clarity is such a great hometown place to do business with. The staff there always goes above and beyond to help me, always being friendly and helpful. The person referred to in previous low ratings is no longer employed there. It’s my favorite place to bank-check it out!
