Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life I have now paid for my loan twice deposited to their wells fargo account. I have paid a total of 11,224.28 in deposits to their accounts paying off my original loan amount of 4300.00 not including what I paid to them over the two years I have my loan with them at 416.00 a month I have faxed and sent them the poof of the pay off deposit amounts that they requested , they filed against my vehicle at DMV with out me signing documentation. After paying my loan in full twice I was advised they do not send a lien release form to me once the loan is paid off, I have to drive to long Beach to get it in their office. I live in Sacramento. Save you time and headache their company should be prosecuted for racketeering and illegal activity. So again I have my loan paid in full and they still as lien holder on my title and I have not received my title back from them. Don't even get me started on their employees phone etiquette. I have inquired on legal action against the company and the individual agent I was dealing with as numerous times I asked to speak to his supervisor he refused stating he was the boss the owner of fact and there was no one above him.
