I love Matt. Very nice person and he will try his best to help you with anything. I would give him a 4****. But the woman at the counter act like they don’t know what to do sometimes. If my husband sends me in to deal the account. Answer the questions. He calls and says to talk to me, comes in with me and let the woman know I will deal with the account. No questions. Then it’s a problem on free banking or charge you for using your card too many times. So that why we didn’t open account up with our car we got from them. It should not matter how much we use our cards, as long as the money is there, we should be great!
