If you like banking back in the 1960's then you will love Citizens Bank and Trust. I purchased a brand new 2019 RAM 1500 Bighorn and I hate that the dealer put me through Citizens Bank and Trust. No on line tracking of the loan. Very unprofessional right there because I like to make "over payments" and track it on line to make sure it was accounted for correctly. I can't do that with this bank. Ridiculous. How about this.... as a business owner I cringe when anyone sends me an email or a snail mail and there is no address, name AND phone number regarding who sent it. I received my payment book from Citizens and nowhere on the payment book was a customer service number. How unprofessional is that? I'm looking to change financial institutions fast. I'll be sure the dealer never considers Citizens next time I buy! You can bet on that!
