This place has had my mower for 13 weeks now. They give you no information on when it could be fixed. "We are waiting on a part." Paid for the parts 2 months ago over $1300. Supposed to end up being around $2200 for the entire repair. Had a family member spend over $16,000 the beginning of the season for a new tractor and the mower took a month to get in. Do not recommend for sales or service.

Horrible with turn around of service! Over a month and still hasn’t been looked at and no one seems to be rushed to assist!!! Highly recommend driving a few extra minute to Henderssonville or Springfield!
