I have been a State Farm customer for 15 years, my parents even longer than that. Over the last few years I've had changes in policies and somehow things do not get taken care of right. They have told me different things every time I call, and nothing is ever consistent, accurate, or true. Not to mention, the way they have treated me is rude and unprofessional. As a single parent and health care professional I value honesty, courtesy, and good customer service. You will not get that here, unfortunately.

Chuck has been our agent for several years . He is very personable and has been there at the drop of a hat when we have needed him. He has a great staff to answer all your questions. That is, if he's not answering them for you himself.

Chuck Medley does not appreciate or respect his customers. After many years of doing business there, I was treated very rudely when asking about additional coverage. He was not professional or courteous at all.

I've been with State Farm for years but needed to switch to a new office after moving to a new state - They staff at this office are very friendly and willing to do whatever they can to make our lives easier including working out a payment plan for initial set up. Thanks Chuck Medley State Farm!
