Knowing there open today, my daughter came in there yesterday did some banking for me, and the banking she did yesterday I'm still unable to complete today and no one picking up the phones at either office... Very upset member for 8 years.

Thanks to this place I’ve been paying on a car for 3 years and they never reported it to any of the 3 credit bureaus , now I know places like this don’t “have to” but they failed to inform me this and got a surprise when I went to go look at a car and here I don’t have any credit at all after paying on this car for 3 years!!!!! So now My life is on hold for a month and starting all over again.

The Wilkes-Barre location has gone completely down hill! They went from having 6-7 tellers at the windows and now they're down to 2! Service is extremely slow and they never answer the phone when you call! I've recently been having issues because my daughter's savings keeps getting closed due to inactivity (which is fine) but when I went to add her to my account the teller didn't know how to do that and had to get a manager..... Today my mobile banking signed me out, I figured I would stop in and ask them to help me, again the teller was clueless and got a manager to help she told me I have to start over! Delete the app and start over...tried that, and it turns out I can't just delete the app because I'm already signed up for mobile banking app! Needless to say I called the 800 number to try and get some help.... Plains branch answers and the woman helped me in 10 minutes!!! Wb needs to get their act together!!!!! I'm ready to find a new bank!

Wow, is all I have to say , the online banking was down this morning so I call I finally get threw after being on the phone 7 minutes before "MARYANN" came on I explained what I needed and proceeded to tell me I could not have that information over the phone. My exact quote I said I just explained the site was down. Oh I was not paying attention are you kidding me. This was by far the worse experience I have had in the 8 years I've been bank with Choice One. My husband and I only have a short window before our loans are paid and I believe will be moving our business to another institution. I'm beyond upset with the way that was handled this morning. Apparently I shouldn't care whether you have my business or since paying attention is a option. Ugh
