The most deceitful company I have ever dealt with. First contract I had with them the machine broke after just over a year. When I called they wanted to charge £250 for a replacement. They finally resolved this after a lot of fuss and gave me a new machine as they have a number of our Toni&Guy Salons on board. When renewing the second contract I said I would not have any contract that did not give me support in case the machine failed again. During our negotiations he gave me monthly charges for the machine and assured me I had cover for the machine going faulty. What he did not inform me on this time was that he was signing me into a 48 month contract. The only remedy that was offered was to upgrade the machine at a higher cost and sign another 36 month contract.I find that there was no clarity on the deal that I was getting into. At no point did he tell me how many months the contract was for. I would be very cautious in getting involved with this company as there is no transparency in the contract that they are offering you. Their response was that I should have read it all clearly before signing it.Even mobile phone shops clearly state the price and contract terms before they even issue a contract to sign.I am very disappointed with the lack of regard for their customers.
