They took my contract from Markadis, because markadis sold and they bought. No giving information to customer They still charging me by under MARKADISand still sending monthly information under MARKADIS!!!!Chasing them from 5 January till April 8 for changing my bank account. INCREDIBLE!!! No reply either call or email!!!Customer service already fed up each other, on customer service NO PROPER ENGLISH SPEAKING STAFF. They are passing technical service each time!!!JOKE, only JOKEINSTEAD OF ADMINISTRATION THEY ARE PASSING TECHNICAL DEPARTMENTS EACH TIME. Guy deal with me his names JORDAN WHITE, his position TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST!!!!I’m no joking He is NOT COMPLETED MY TRANSFER LAST 3 months. There isn’t any one to complain, he say lm best to complain for anything on this business!!!Look at that web site no any email for requests anything or complain anything!!!!!KEEP FAR AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!I don’t think no much to stay that market with that service !!!!

Awful service! Spoke to a man called Tom today about sorting out a chip and pin machine for my business and he didn't have a clue about what he was doing, this company should employ people who actually know how to do their job. Furthermore, Tom came across as rude on the phone and seemed to be more bothered about getting me off the phone. Very unhelpful employee.

So bad on so many levels. From sign up it was atrocious through to issues on their side resulting in no card payments for 4 days. Pushed from pillar to post. Their technical team who work 'out of hours' charge me 7p a minute on a call they will not answer to tell them to fix their issues so I can use the two terminals that I'm paying for because no one is proactively trying to fix their issues. They lock you into a contract so your hands are tied. Never ever use them. Reason why they're cheap. They're rubbish.
