Overall Feedback:
I refinanced my student loans with them because they have the lowest interest rates around. It's been a great experience working with First Republic. Everyone I have worked with is incredibly kind and accommodating. (They even sent a courier to my office to drop off my new debit card when it was ready) It truly seems like they care about customer service, which is something that has been lacking in the banking industry.
