Worst bank ever! I bank with 3 different banks but stupid chase and it just reconfirmed me why! Unprofessional, unreasonable, doesn't even make sense "explanation" !!! Basic easiest small cash deposit in Manhattan to relative in brooklyn is impossible and they say for my protection? I will give you ID I have no problem but you can't make deposit? STUPID! Why people have accounts with this dumb unprofesisoanla not sure ... I'm happy I don't have to bank with them !!!
