HORRIBLE customer service. Combatant while unable to understand queations trying to register a vehicle. Called another branch and they knew exactly what I was asking... lady from this branch called me back to harass me about her inability to do her job. Id walk through 20 miles of broken glass with bare feet before I ever dealt with this disaster of a location again. Avoid it like the plague

This is the most unprofessional unclean and unethical business ever! The employees are lazy who closes their counter when there is 25 people in line to go eat a bag of chips! You call ahead to see if there sysren is working they said yes then to go in there to wait an hour in line to say that your system is not working for the second time in 2 days! You need to be investigated for false advertising and poor business practices and horrible customer service & representatives. I'd give no stars but that's not an option. Dont waste your time and efforts. SMH

This place is awful and dishonest. My wife came in to use the change machine after cleaning out her car. She followed the instructions on the machine and placed her coins in the change counter. After the change counter accepted her money, the machine didn't print her a receipt nor present any bills. A message written only in Spanish flashed on the screen. After asking another customer what the message said. The customer notified my wife that the message said out of order. When my wife went to speak with emoyee, she stated rudly that the machine was out of order. My wife asked why there wasn't a sign up and the employee statded the the machine said out of order in plain English, which it didn't. My wife record Ed the message flashing across the machine, and showed it to the employee, who then said there was nothing she could do. Avoid this place they are dishonest and deceetfud with how they conduct business.

Do not go Here I went to Exchange a Hundred Dollar Bill for 20s And was given a Fake 20$Bill And when i called to see if i can get reimbursed the manager called the owner and the owner said that it isn't his problem I should have checked the bills before leaving People shouldnt have to check there bills When leaving a currency exchange ♂️Thats just Awful that they are handing out Fake bills and not Caring about the customers

Eight windows but they never use them all. Quite a few people waiting in line one night but only one window open. Some of the workers are rude.
