Great rates; terrible processI used this lender out of OH for a home purchase in NC. I should have listened to the "don't go with online banks, but choose a local lender": while the rates were enticing and the reason I chose this bank, it took 2.5 months to get an appraisal, that was then wrong and made their underwriting bank simply say "no" - they don't have any recourse against that or care that you just lost over $10,000 and the home of your dreams. I heavily recommend against.
