Feedback:
My ex wife is using their services and provided a copy of our previous tax return showing all of my business information. The staff sent an "organizer" to my home requesting information for a MFJ return and listing all of my business expenses etc. 3 times I have requested my information to be returned to me because none of the information applies to my ex's return. In fact only her W2 is actually relevant. He has refused to return the information to me. I have signed no privacy policy or engagement letter with him yet he continues to posses my personal information. I wouldn't trust a company that plays fast and loose with private data in the era of identity theft!!!
