Very disappointed in my service this morning! A paycheck of mine is being held due to shared branching. I spoke with both branches and the shared branch in Boston was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the representive (leaving her name out because maybe she was having a bad day) from Shrewsbury was very rude and seemed very angry while talking to me. I was very kind and actually thanked her for her “help” multiple times. I stated what I was told by three supervisors and a manger from the shared branch, while she told me I was wrong and they didn’t know what they were talking about. I usually recieve professional service, but today that was not the case. The shared branch offered to do a three way call to explain that Central One was telling me wrong information, but I truly was afraid to call and have to speak to this woman again. I am considering switching banks due to the blatant disregard to member services.
