This company has volumes of complaints found online. CENLAR knows and has my correct tax information (on their website) but are billing me for higher tax payments, disregarding my exemptions that have always been included. “Customer Service” intentionally gives the runaround with wrong fax numbers when I try to fax proof of correct taxes. CENLAR refuses to provide a legitimate, responsive contact for their escrow department. Deserves no star.
