Overall Feedback:
Never use the CDS again. I asked the agent to close my account @Dec 15 2018 and they kept charging fees. until March 4 2019 they charged $10.00 for last closing fee. Customer rep said they are helping me well and the fees charged was from Card company. Really??? Do you need 3 month to close it??? Disappointed.
