What was the best part of the experience?
There was nothing good about the experience had with these people. Over 18mth to close a partial Farm Loan and all the promises after made were lies, but don't worry they will back it up with " I don't know I wasn't there" that is there response. That's because the ones that were there learned and have packed up and moved to a better location.
What would you change about the experience?
Everything.. Close the place down if your service sucks that bad! Customer Service is a True skill, and they have none. There is a lot of training needed in the Locations I have come across.

Go somewhere else, if you work with a decent banker at this bank you better get there personal information because they will eventually move on to a bank with respect for there customers.
