This people also send me a check that didn’t clear and now I’m on a negative at my baño. Never have I been negative in my life. Don’t trust them they’re scamming people and rude on the phone too. Don’t use them don’t trust them.

This place send me a check to do a loan and didn’t pay when my bank cashed it. Don’t go to this place as they’re obviously doing some kind of fraud or scam. They will cause you headache do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Now I have to keep a close eye on my credit report maybe they were just steeling my personal info. It’s a scam!!!!’

They seemed really nice, Alexandria was helpful and kind, but I will never go there again. I was approved over the phone for a decent loan. I gave my address information when I talked to them and later brought in proof of residence for my apartment that I've lived in for almost a year. I am a professional for a global company that I've been with over 6 yrs. I live in a 2 bedroom place that's stable, many families with children (including my own) live here, school buses for Clark, Hobby, etc come here to pick up TONS of children. It's not cheap here by a longshot and most of the apartment units are quite nice. Although it is a lease-free type of apartment, people pay weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, it's not a transient, flea-bag kind of place at all, not in any way...far, far from it. I had absolutely no idea where I reside would be an issue. I went down there later in the day because I thought all I had to do was sign the papers. The loan was needed for an urgent matter, so I was shocked when she showed my proof of residence to her manager who then said no to the loan! I could have spent time today acquiring the funds elsewhere. I was approved for a loan there because my payment history for all of my accounts is 100%, but my score is not yet great due to past issues from divorce...working on it to buy a house. Cashway was a complete waste of time and a lot of effort was spent gathering documents and collateral to experience what I just did, I took off work early to get there since they are closed this Saturday. I'll find the money, but will never ever apply there again, I'll just stick to my credit union or another loan company. Extremely disappointed and embarrassed, I was humiliated this evening and made to feel like I was not living in a real apartment complex, like a normal, hard-working, American citizen. Also, my proof of residence does say "apartment" on it, the apartment manager gave it to me today. I think my being denied once I arrived may have had less to do with where I live, but nevertheless, I won't call on them in the future.
