Ignorant employees or owners... I have not used a pay day loan place in years, never once went to that one before. I took all my paper work including pay stubs from my full time job. He looked at all my stuff and said Im going to say no, so I asked why? He said just no and no reason for saying no.... I guess he didnt like the looks of me or maybe he knows people idk.... Just a very ignorant man

Amazing experience for a first time customer! Lisa took the time to explain the whole process and I was in and out in short order. David, the owner, even took time to personally greet me. Highly recommend Cashline Loans!!

Last time I tried using this place they accused me of fraud as my banking info showed another place taking money out when all it showed was me paying a loan..I was spoken down to and treated like garbage reached out to the company and got no response horrible service

Terrible customer service. The secretary was on a personal call when I came in. Continued her call for 10 minutes while another customer came in. Then told me she was going to take the other customer first cause it would take longer to deal with me as it was my first time. Completely unacceptable. Let's just say I walked out and will not be going back. Went to money mart and I was in and out with my pay day loan in under 10 minutes... save yourself some time and go anywhere else.
