My experience didn't go very well for several reasons. Everybody makes mistakes professionalism only comes with experience of fall 25 from the tree. I don't know who owns a place who runs the place but I called other cash points and I got the symbol of fives. If you're somewhere product just at least know something about it. I'm glad I didn't make the drive

These guys are a bunch of crooks, they will lowball your item you bring in knowing it’s worth a lot more. I called them and asked how much would they give me for a Sony 75 inch TV in XBR series that i bought seven months ago that I paid $2200 at Best Buy in Everett and I have the receipt to back it up.that’s a display item for when I’m showing houses because I am a real estate agent.The guy on the phone ask me the model number I give it to him he does a Google search of my TV and tells He can buy that TV brand new for $1500 so while he’s on the phone I go on Google to see if he’s correct it turns out he’s quoting me a refurbished used TV of the same model I have for 1500 but when you see my same TV brand new it’s still $2000 I asked him where is he getting that price what website, he doesn’t tell me that so he says I can give you $600 for my tv. I Rightaway said to him I’m on Google and your quoted me a price for a TV that is used and refurbished and he said no he’s looking at brand new so we went back-and-forth in the end he looks stupid because he couldn’t prove where he was seeing brand new for 1500 I told him that you are a liar and you are stealing from people and you need to learn how to do better business and learn how to appraise things correctly and stop going on Google and get an in accurate information . Because of this experience I will never set foot back in the store again this time I’ve had enough with them and this is why I don’t recommend them to anybody

Wide selection of tools, and electronics. They even sell bikes and electric wheeler. Cool staff. Very flexible on the prices too and will help you out if you need more time to pay your pawns. Would recommend.

Absolutely unfair they will lowball you on everything, 1 years ago I came here with a guitar amp worth $700 and because they could not find it on the Internet they could only offer me 25 dollars. I walked out and sold that amp at a guitar center for 180 bucks. I came back recently in October of 2017 with a JL w7 subwoofer in box with great condition with a worth of at least 350 dollars used and they said the best they could do was 20 dollars when i saw on the side two cheap 12 inch subs being sold for 130 dollars! I don't recommend this place to anyone! Unless you like getting lowballed and robbed for your belongings this place is unreasonable and unfair it's truly a legal "HUSTLE" in my eyes.

so my grandma died a few years ago and I was a little short of paying for the funeral and brought some of her scrap gold into this guy. A mix of 10, 14 and 18k stuff. All in nice condition. I brought the death certificate and will with me just in case he got cute and tried to offer me pennies on the dollar like the gold was hot. Well that's exactly what he did. He literally offered me well below market value for gold at the time, tried to tell me gold was now selling at the price of silver and that the market had crashed, meanwhile gold was at an all time high and his whole spiel was nothing more than a bunch of malarkey intended to defraud me. Knowing the actual market for gold I declined his offer and went to a reputable gold buyer in different city who actually offered me market value and helped me make sure I was able to pay for the funeral in full. Do yourself a favor and splurge on a cab ride somewhere else you'll make double or triple what you would have from this guy.
