Overall Feedback:
The gentleman running the counter had zero personality and was very short with me and seemed completely un-interested that I came in. I told him I had never been in the shop before and he had no response. He then made me a very low offer on the item that I was trying to pawn stating “they don’t go for much” and I was fine with that however… I noticed there were some watches for sale and was also in the market for one. I said “oh you have some very nice watches I see” His reply was, “yeah they don’t go for much either” in a sarcastic tone. (potential watch sale just lost) Since I was offered three times the amount at another (very friendly) pawn shop and he seemed like he could care less that I was there, I went back to the other pawn shop to conduct my business and told myself I would never go back there again. Very poor customer service.
