AWFUL SERVICE! DO NOT GO HERE for your PAYDAY LOANS! I went to this office on on 6/6 to apply for a loan. When I stepped foot in the office, the entire building smelt like rotted fish. I was not greeted respectfully and cheerfully nor asked if I wanted water. The customer service here is AWFUL! There were two females in the office. One was assisting other customers and the other one was working with me. I left the the office to get the required document that the representative requested of me. After my application gets processed. One of the representatives calls me by phone and states that she does not service self-employed nor independent contractors, that source of income IS NOT eligible for payday loans. I provided my pay stubs and my bank statements and unfortunately was denied. Extremely unprofessional, the representative did not do her due diligence and should have found that out prior to processing my loan. I do not like fact that this facility has my personal information such as references, SSN, and ID was not able to approve me for a loan. INCOME is INCOME! I have told many people not to lend here! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS, they do not believe in customer service. Listed below are the reasons why you should NOT apply. This place of business is: 1. GHETTO 2. RATCHET 3. UNPROFESSIONAL
