Not very helpful or concerned about customer service. Tried to use them for an FFL transfer. They would not compromise with the other dealer about sharing information. Neither dealer would give up their information first. All I asked was to leave their information on a fax machine, no can do. They told me to find someone else.

Came in trying to buy a few screwdrivers for work. Did not complete the purchase because employee said it was a bundle and werent able to break it down . also today came in to get a loan and would not get one because the tool I was trying to pawn had writing on it. Way to go cash cow . you guys are non dependable even if we were assed out and starving . God Bless you....
