Hello... please read as hopeful this will detour others from going thru the aggreviation of dealing with th7s organization. I took out a $500 dollar loan which I paid in full with very little documentation required.I then inquired about a additional loan for which they were like hey you qualify for more money, you paid us off in timely manner. Great. However now in order to get this second loan after providing you a routing and account number, then want you to send them your entire bank statement via a pdf file. If all my information is verified through your system. All the information has been re verified by your data base and all is valid, why should i supy you with my full Bank Statement when it was not required the 1st time. I fulfilled our contractual obligation on the 1st loan. Now, you all want me to provide you more information in the form on an entire bank statement, i think not. Watch you all backs. They akso informed me that the payment increased from $250 to $273 but had no reason or ability to justify the change in payment amount on the exact same loan but offer up tbe issue of theyre computer is nit acting properly with correct interest rates being provided to them. Time to contact the Atty General office about a bait and switch issue. Tell indidiual one amount, drafting contract terms under another.
