They have always been very pleasant and professional and have given us fair prices on items we’ve brought in to pawn/sell. I try to use this location when at all possible because I have always had a good experiences here! I can’t say the same for other stores.

Unbelievable I have had an item in Pawn several times at a certain amount and The woman there decided that she didn't want to give me that same loan which is unbelievable since I am a very big client there and have many items with them and always get my items out of Pawn it's very rude and disrespectful and very unprofessional for her to decide that my item isn't worth what they've given me alone on it for several times in the past very disrespectful and rude I'm very disappointed

Very good customer service. After a misunderstanding with a male employee that was having a bad day. The manager was very helpful and helped me. Good place to do business. Thank you so Much. I recommend this location for selling or pawn your items.

Seriously who think they have bad customer service? I have been to practically every other pawn shop, including Cash America Pawn at other location, but this place is the only place that none of the employees treat me like im desperately begging for favors. Super friendly,nice and helpful staffs. The only one different is the Manager because she doesnt seem to smile much. But believe me, she STILL does her job and tries her best to accommodate you within her abilities. Great place and will be the only pawn shop i do business with

They are horrible. As pawn services im sure they are out for the money. But this place has no care for customer service. And lies on ads and gives out false pricing online and through the phone.

The absolute worst customer service ever. The so-called manager, Monica, I think that is her name, was so inept, she wasn't able to perform a proper gold scratch test. Took my 18K necklace to Pawn One, jewelry passed the gold test with flying colors, as I knew it would, and was treated with the utmost respect. Will never frequent that store or any other Cash America for that matter.
