Terrible rates. I had to pay $45 just to RENEW a $30 pawn because of the grace period fee. The employees literally stand around talking to the same group of friends that is always in the store while customers wait patiently in line.

I have unfortunately had to come here a few times and everytime i am treated worse than the time before. They offer you a ridiculous low amount no matter how good of condition whatever it is your trying to pawn is. But yet if they are selling the same thing your trying to pawn they have it priced almost at pretty close to full retail for what it cost brand new. Today my issue with them is that i showed up 10 min before closing and the lady rushed to the door as soon as she saw me pull in and then she locked the door. I understand that you are about to close but you weren't closed yet. So if your not going to stay open till your posted time then change the time that you have posted so people don't waste time and gas rushing up here for no reason. All because you don't want to help somebody because it might keep you a couple min past closing to finish up with them.

bought a leaf blower. expected to pay 120. guy didn't miss a beat when he said "ahhh for you well do 85 plus tax and I'll throw in a 15 day warranty no extra charge". needless to say the blower works great. I look forward to doing future business here

This used to be my go to place but I'll be cautious of going back. Went in and they had signs up everywhere about sales going on (some by the front door, others when you walk in, more on specific shelves, and the registers). One of the deals was 6 Blu-ray for 10, and 6 DVDs for 5. After I checked out I checked over the receipt because the total seemed a little off. Turns out they had overcharged me by $3.30. I pointed out the signs and they said those were old signs. 1) it was still 4th of July weekend so that seems fishy, 2) then why were they up?? There was no date on them so it wasn't as though I just missed the fine print. They refused to fix things and shrugged it off. So unprofessional.
