I got a loan last month and I went in a few days late from my due date. I did make my interest payment of $123.33. I went and had the account bout out a hr later. Dana said my payoff was $500 on a $400 loan when I just paid the interest a hr ago. She insisted the payoff was correct, then told me I had to sign a release form for my title. Come to find out they had put me in a new contract...... The people who did my buyout brought all this to my attention. And took the initiative to help me with this. So Dana took a extra $100 from me then put me in another loan without me knowing. If you don’t know what you are doing you will be taking advantage of. Even when I questioned her she discounted the fact I had concerns. Know before you go😡 ♀️
