I’ve been a customer with this Cash 2 Go location since March of this year. My wife and I were going through a rough time and needed some extra money. The manager Dana was very kind and made the process very quick and made sure that I understood everything. Every month I’ve walked in to pay my loan those ladies are always smiling and at the counter greeting myself and other customers. I paid out my loan with them today and I have no doubt in my mind that I will be back if I ever get in a bind and need extra money. Go see Dana and Marta they will take extra care of you!

Dana & Marta were very helpful when I had went in to see about getting a loan. they went over & explained the contract to me & were helpful with any questions I had. I recommend cash to go in Dothan AL to anyone & everyone. ill be a returning customer.

I got a loan last month and I went in a few days late from my due date. I did make my interest payment of $123.33. I went and had the account bout out a hr later. Dana said my payoff was $500 on a $400 loan when I just paid the interest a hr ago. She insisted the payoff was correct, then told me I had to sign a release form for my title. Come to find out they had put me in a new contract...... The people who did my buyout brought all this to my attention. And took the initiative to help me with this. So Dana took a extra $100 from me then put me in another loan without me knowing. If you don’t know what you are doing you will be taking advantage of. Even when I questioned her she discounted the fact I had concerns. Know before you go😡 ♀️
