My whole family has banked here. I have been promised a call back from the bank manger (whatever title) twice from internal staff and twice by customer support 1-800 number. Even left a voicemail on the managers line.... Never received a call. Never received an email. Also never had this issue with previous bank manager or staff at the locations ever before! Have been waiting over a month for a call as promised ...

We went into the new building and they were RUDE as ever. And what a waste of our tax payer dollars. They charge massive amount of fees for a DEBIT transaction. I HATE this bank and never will be back.

I absolutely love working with this bank. They are top notch people from the upper management to the front line employees. I use them for business and personal banking and have always been impressed with their level of customer service. I highly recommend them.
