Awful service And this was the a message I received from a lad called Mark works there. Promises the world but when they can't do what they say then this is the response you get. "Don’t be dodgy then good luck finding a bank that will accept you, by the way all you do is talk s*** too with your dodgy fake trading address"

Seen a post here regarding a daniel page who also lied through his back teeth assuring me it was cheaper and a quicker turn around time than my supplier was then. He also said thry would pay the termination fee from my current supplier. 2 points of fact here for you to read.... 1st point is i put a transaction through 4 weeks ago as a test from a friends card, it still hasnt cleared! 2nd point Daniel has now disappeared off the face of the planet as no return from my emails or messages regarding termination fee for previous card reader leaving me in debt of over 700. I was supposed to have the card reader from them for free for 8 months yet i got a bill of over £238 after 2 months! I jave not used the card reader since i put the test transaction through and now ive had a termination fee from them for over £2000. Im basically now in excess of £2700 debt because of daniel page. Im a new business and basically i dont have enough income coming in to sort this out so my new business that i started for my autistic son is about to go down the drain thanks to daniel. Just to make you aware i will fight this through the courts as they are in breach of contract regarding clearance times, fees and the lie of paying termination fees to get you to switch to them. You wont get a penny out of me.i advise anybody NOT TO DO ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL LIE TO GET YOU TO SIGN UP AND CRUSH YOUR BUSINESS. SEE YOU ALL IN COURT!!! I WILL BE PURSUING DAMAGES ALSO

Unsure what to make of this company as yet but very difficult to get hold of. All going well until I noticed an unwelcomed and excessive charge on my account for being 'PCI Non Compliance charge for period ending 30/09/2018 - Charge £20.00". What is this about please. I cannot afford these unmentioned surprises each month when I know nothing about it? Can someone please contact at the very earliest. I'm a new business and has left me worried and stressed at what else you will start taking out of my account without my authorisation. I will gladly change the rating once this is cleared up and hope someone contacts me immediately. DN22 0

Had a call from Card Saver explaining that they could save me money on my current merchant services and decided to give it a try. Transition from previous provider was smooth and we've saved well over £1000 as a business in our first year. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Don't listen to them. All fake. I joined them long ago and without having the service they have charged me for a couple of months till I noticed.

5 weeks of emails and phone calls to Card Saver trying to get my reserve be released from Borgun when I cancelled my contract......I was initially promised a 3 day turn around on my money from Card Saver when I signed my contract, which was the main reason i chose them, but this was not true.... Without my knowledge I ended up with Borgun Bank on a 10ish day payment and 10% OF MY MONEY withheld for 6 months!!! and they charge £14 a month if you don't use the card machine enough . 18 months down the line they are still keeping my money for 10 days and keeping 10%. Card Saver have worked hard to get my reserve released and after 5 weeks they managed it. Big thanks to all concerned. Please be wary of Borgun Bank, but Card Saver are great and always on the end of the phone if you need any help.

Didn't provide what was agreed on phone, claimed they delete sales calls so no evidence, cant cancel unless pay £700 cancelation fee. We haven't even processed one transaction.
