Nikki is an absolute jewel of a human being and an inspiring ambassador for her employer. I was on my way to another business when her call came in - I actually turned my car around and gave Nikki the business instead. I knew after only a minute on the phone with her, this person was an honest- to-goodness straight shooter and someone truly committed to making sure customers are treated right...She shared her simple customer-service philosophy with me: Treat your customers the way you would like to be treated...with kindness, patience, understanding and respect.
