The employees take customer satisfaction to another level. I was instantly greeted and on top of the friendliness I was offered a cookie and coffee on the house just for making a cash withdrawal.But the other reviews are right about it basically being a coffee house with an ATM. You should call in advance to see if they can take care of your needs before driving here. I wasn't disappointed.

This is a coffee shop and not even close to be a banking place! It has ATMs and the ambassadors can do nothing else but tell you that you can use the ATM but can't take payments for credit cards! This place is a joke!!! SO disappointed that I drove 15 miles for nothing! It made me give a star but I give them NO STARS!!!

Capital one had a great idea of moving all operations to the Web, but with the worst execution. They didn't recruit enough agents to provide a high quality service.I had to spend 4 hours over the phone to finish a 5 minutes job. What a mess!
