I’m only giving them a ONE star because when I paid off BOTH loans, they never reported paid off to my credit. I filed a dispute and then they were nasty and falsely not only reported late payments that weren’t correct, they reported my loans were not paid off or closed and that my balance actually increased. I’ve reported them to the BBB, and filed yet another dispute with bank statements showing they drafted my payments every month on time, including my final pay off amounts! This company will also be reported to the FCRA for not following guidelines and reporting accuracy to the credit bureaus. Absolutely terrible that a company would do this to anyone! Capital Goodfund you will wish you’d of not done this to me by the time I’m done with you! I’m also turning this over to my attorney! Thanks for being so nasty to a good paying customer!Amanda Rosas
