Spent 3 months trying to get a response from my advisor via email. Attempted to raise a complaint via phone to be given a list of excuses. Complaint was then passed to someone else who spent the entire call refusing to acknowledge any grounds for complaint and refused to give me another advisor.Of the two meetings that I actually managed to arrange, the feedback consisted of telling me my business development methods were incorrect but offering no alternatives beyond "bring customers to you". I spent 3 hours writing an 8 page business plan at his request to assist funding applications. Feedback promised, received no communication ever again.Absolute time-wasters who couldn't run a bath.

Jenson & Jenson Lettings Ltd had the misfortune of getting involved with this inept, unprofessional and inadequate organisation., full of highly paid staff who UNDER-ACHIEVE. From the beginning they provided us with inaccurate information and advice. They advised us to apply for grants that we were ineligible from the beginning, and throughout a process that has taken a very very long time, they continue to refuse to answer relevant questions, show an astounding amount of arrogance, refuse to take ownership of their responsibilities and duties, refuse to abide by their own Customer Standards and Customer Charter. This bad attitude comes from the very top of the Orginisation. We currently have an Official Complaint ongoing with the Ombudsmans Service. BEWARE, BEWARE do NOT get involved as they are completety useless. How do they get away with it ????
