was founded in 1975. We initially provided consulting services to businesses seeking help in reducing their communication expenses. From there we added to our portfolio the sale of communication products and services specializing in the design and implementation of voice, data, video and enterprise networking.
We have been growing ever since with the advancing technologies and the solutions we provide. We separate ourselves from our competitors by going further than just supplying telephone hardware.

Overall Feedback:
As a company we were not satisfied with the services BCS offered. They are very expensive and did not provide good technical support. On more then one occasion, we called (and were charged for the phone call) with an issue that was not corrected and then had to hire another tech company to fix the problem. More economical solutions were only presented after our intention to have other companies quote our telecommunication services were made. Lastly, when we did not renew, information on how to properly disconnect from the companies that BCS had subscribed us to were not shared and we are left paying for things that were discussed with BCS on our behalf but never conveyed to us. Very unprofessional.
