I have been a client of Brock Legal since the mid 2000's. Ms. Ruth Brock represented me in a modification of a personal land agreement/Real Estate Note when the owner of the personal loan modified the beneficiaries of the financial agreement.In 2016, my wife and I engaged Brock Legal to prepare our Last Will and Testaments, Advanced Directives, Medical Power and Durable Power of Attorney and related documents. Our wills were somewhat complicated due to several properties, investments and the number of proposed beneficiaries. Ms Brock prepared the instruments, provided comments regarding the preperations of the wills based on our desires, and prepared the medical directives. Ms. Brock was thorough and provided us with the documents we desired.In 2017/2018, I engaged Brock Legal regarding a personal land agreement and subsequent release of lien by paying the Real Estate Note/loan off prior to the maturity date. Ms. Brock researched the agreement, located the beneficiaries which were changed in the mid 2000 and provided all legal advice and documents needed to secure a clean title to my property. Without her professional commitment and knowledge of Real Estate Law, I would not have had clear title to my property for at least five years. Ms Brock kept me informed continuously of the progress of the case and represented me to my utmost satisfaction and secured the clear title desired.In 2018, I again sought legal advice and services of Brock Legal to represent my son and I regarding a real estate agreement which was at best a potential buyer default on a residential lease and sales contract. Mr. Clinton Zettle successfully resovled the issue which allowed the property closing to proceed in a timely manner. Mr. Zettle's knowledge of Real Estate Law and constant communication with my son was comforting to us. If we had not sought the legal advice and services of Brock Legal and Mr. Zettle, we would not have seen the outome as we had anticipated and hoped for. Now in 2019, I have again engaged Brock Legal to assist in the proper method to transfer property to my son for construction of his new home.After several years of engaging Ms. Ruth Brock and Clinton Zettle (BROCK LEGAL) to represent me and my family, I can truly say that Brock Legal, and their administrative staff are a one of a kind business that has kept my needs and interest at the top of their list while providing constant communications of issues at hand.
