Throughout the arduous experience of being the sole purchaser of my 1st home, I often expressed to Todd and Patrik (and others) that "Brightwire has been one of the ONLY bright spots in this whole process." They provided personal attention throughout, from pre-qualification to closing day. They had the best rates, answered every question propmptly and clearly with re-assurance (I needed to hear,) simplified the whole process and were right on top of every detail. Their advice with regard to a survey even saved me money!! As a single female in today's world almost everyone tries to rip "us" off. It was comforting to have Brightwire in my corner, as they earned my trust.The sellers realtor and their attorney dragged everything out (from negotiation and acceptance of my initial offer all the way to confirming a closing date.) That made things difficult because I needed to be out of my apartment quickly. Even though "the other side" prolonged the process, from day one my realtor told me not to worry because Todd (& Patrik) would get it done in 21 days and they did. Todd even came to my closing! He didn't just make an appearance, he waited with me, (my realtor, attorney and the title company) for two hours as the sellers attorney never showed up. They all somehow got everything "in before the bell" instead of rescheduling the closing and then congratulated me on owning my new home. Run, don't walk to Brightwire!!
