My husband and I were first time home buyers, moving to the suburbs from the city, and didn't know where to start in the homebuying process. Todd patiently and helpfully explained the entire process to us, was constantly available for our questions, and helped us close on our first home in record time. Even our realtor and lawyer couldn't believe how quickly we were cleared to close!He was incredibly knowlegeble about all of the available programs and mortgage rate trends, and thanks to him, we were locked in to a fantastic rate for our loan. Bottom line- if you want to be sure you're getting the loan and interest rate that fits you best, I'm not sure how anyone could beat the service and expertise provided by Todd and Patrik.
