Words cannot describe how incredibly grateful we are to have found Todd Harrington with Brightwire Loans!! As first time home buyers we were uneducated on the entire process let alone the ability to obtain a CONVENTIONAL mortgage loan.. Todd guided us through the entire process every step of the way. From our very first meeting he was extremely helpful and was able to share his extensive knowledge in a way that we could understand. He not only impressed us but impressed every other party involved including our lawyer and realtor. Todd was consistently knowledgable, efficient, responsive, and detailed in his work. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best interest rate; even when that meant re-doing our entire loan to save us more money. It was very clear that Todd always had our best interest in mind. Anyone who is leaving a bad review likely is blaming Todd for things that are out of his control. He never disappointed us once. His communication..excellent. His customer service...excellent. He often replied within minutes or within the hour after emails or calls. He follows the market very closely and is simply a straight shooter. No B.S. He even attended our closing and gave us a nice gift ! Which from what I hear is unheard of..Another example of how much he cares about his clients..We cannot recommend him enough to everyone we know who is thinking about purchasing a home. If you are reading this and debating on contacting Todd..JUST DO IT! No strings attached even if its just for a consultation and you'll experience what we did.
