Very short unpleasant experience with this company. Couldn’t get the ball rolling on anything. Took money, checked my credit and they didn’t deliver any service to me what so ever. I reached out multiple times and Jordan McDonald did not follow through with a call after confirming through email he would. If you can’t make a simple phone call to a client, then why would you trust them with something with the magnitude of a home loan. I even tried to reach out after to him and his assistant loan officer Kendall Kluber, with no return call or email. I wouldn’t waste my time. My requests were simple and they couldn’t follow through.
