I shopped around a ton and Box Home Loans had by far the best pricing. I love how transparent they were on rates, points, etc. up front. And their process for finalizing everything was very smooth and mostly online. If you're short on time and want to get the best deal around, I highly recommend them

These guys seem shady. I'm treading lightly and am almost turned off. Asking for things that other companies I've dealt with in the past NEVER asked for. Sketchy, shady?I asked over and over and over again for Jason to communicate with me because I had questions, but NO. He wouldn't return phone messages. Then I was passed onto Travis, who was the same. Wouldn't answer the phone. You can't get through to these guys. All these "positive" experiences on here? I think they're bogus because it hasn't been fulfilling, hasn't been painless, hasn't been positive, hasn't been anything except frustrating. Yet, please send me your credit card number..........yeah, right.

I worked with Corey Games and we closed on a conventional loan in 16 days. I can't recommend Box enough, they had the best rates I was able to find and they do fully UNDERWRITTEN pre-approvals. Having been in the mortgage industry in the past, not enough lenders offer this type of service and very few borrowers use it. The underwritten pre-approval (not a prequal or DU approval, an underwriter reviewed my loan and signed off on it) was instrumental in getting our offer accepted by the seller after a previous buyer fell through due to financing. We could make a strong offer stating all we needed to close was an appraisal because all income/bank/credit was reviewed already. In a hot Utah market, this can be the difference between winning and losing an offer.Corey and his processors, Alicia and Jennifer, were great to work with and helped me through the entire process. We wrote an aggressive offer with a very small window to close and the Box team came together and got it done very very fast. We would have closed even sooner if the appraiser hadn't taken their sweet time. When we did have minor issues with the appraiser, Corey and his team were all over it and got it done on schedule. 10/10 would borrow from Box again.

Recently used Box for a re-if. They provided a better rate and terms than I could get, even with my original lender. Our loan wasn’t just straightforward and they worked with us to make it work. The final steps should have been smoother, but it all worked out and I’m happy with the result.

Seriously LOVED working with these guys for our first home loan! They were so helpful, and very good at communicating every step of the way. No question was laughed at, and they explained every detail of closing costs down to the dollar to us multiple times. They have your best interest in mind, and you can definitely tell. Would recommend 10/10!!
